My Exit Plan

A tool to model and visualize a custom exit strategy. Set your cash goals at different price points ("Anchors"), shape your selling speed, and set a final "Units Remaining" target to see your plan come to life.

1. Initial Setup

Enter the total number of units you currently hold. This is the starting point for the 'Units Remaining' calculation.

Set the number of data points for the chart. More steps = a smoother curve, but slower calculation. 400 is a good default.

2. Anchors

Anchors are the key points of your plan. Define a price and the *total* cumulative cash you want to have by that price. The first anchor's cash must be 0.

3. Plan Shape & Goal

Control the *shape* of your plan. Use sliders to define how you sell in early segments, then set a final 'Units Remaining' goal for the tool to solve.
